A dossier on how we terminate your calls
One SIP interconnect, two clearly labelled route classes, and a spec sheet your NOC can act on without a phone call to us.
What we terminate

INVITE sip:+4915123456789@sbc.telprivo.com SIP/2.0 Via: SIP/2.0/TLS 10.0.0.12:5061;branch=z9hG4bK... From: "Alice" <sip:+442071234567@customer.example> To: <sip:+4915123456789@sbc.telprivo.com> P-Asserted-Identity: <sip:+442071234567@customer.example> Route: <sip:premium-cli@sbc.telprivo.com;lr> Contact: <sip:alice@10.0.0.12:5061;transport=tls> Content-Type: application/sdp
P-Asserted-Identity is preserved end-to-end on Premium CLI routes — nothing rewrites the From header downstream.
Two classes. No blending, no surprises.
You decide which class each traffic profile takes — by destination prefix, source trunk, or a SIP header. Nothing downgrades quietly.
| Property | Premium CLI | Standard |
|---|---|---|
| Caller ID | Original CLI preserved end-to-end | Best-effort, not guaranteed |
| Interconnect | Direct Tier-1 carriers | Optimized least-cost mix |
| Quality target | ASR > 55%, ACD > 4 min | Reliable, not benchmarked |
| Best for | Sales, support, callbacks | Notifications, IVR, alerts |
| Monitoring | Priority NOC & SLA reporting | Same platform, standard reporting |
Built by the engineers who run it
Carrier-grade infrastructure with active-active SBCs, deterministic routing, and independent monitoring on every leg.
