Reading the table

What the two route classes really mean.

The difference is not marketing. It is whether the number you dial from arrives on the other phone exactly as you sent it.

Premium CLI

Your caller ID is passed through untouched, so the person you are calling sees who is ringing. Use it for anything where being recognised decides whether the call is answered.

Standard

Cheaper paths where the displayed number may be replaced along the way. Fine for internal calls, testing and destinations where caller ID is not the point.

Prices move with the market

Rates change as carriers change theirs. Decreases apply straight away; increases are announced before they take effect.

Missing a destination?

The table lists the most requested countries. Ask us about anything else — most of the world is reachable, we just prefer to confirm quality first.

Questions about coverage

Can I mix route classes?
Yes. Choose per destination — premium where you need to be recognised, standard where cost matters more.
How do I know which one a call used?
Every call record in your account shows the destination and the rate that applied, so the choice is always traceable.
Do prices include connection fees?
No extra connection fee is added. You see a per-minute rate and calls are billed per second against it.
What if quality drops on a destination?
Tell us the number you dialled and roughly when. We look at the same call record you do and move the route if it is our side.
