Premium CLI is the default route class across most of our A-Z footprint. No refile, no substitution — your caller ID reaches the handset exactly as you sent it.
What's actually enforced
"Premium" is a label the wholesale market throws around loosely. Here is what ours specifically guarantees, in writing.
- CLI preserved end-to-end. P-Asserted-Identity and From header pass through untouched to the terminating operator.
- No CLI refile. We reject downstream carriers that substitute or randomize the A-number, checked continuously.
- Transparent monitoring. Per-destination ASR, ACD and CLI-delivery percentage exposed in your portal.
- Quality SLA. Target ASR above 55%, ACD above 4 minutes across all Premium CLI destinations.
- STIR/SHAKEN ready. Attestation A on US/Canada Premium routes for legitimate calling identity.
- Contract-grade. A written commitment on route class per destination — no silent downgrades.

A four-stage pipeline, not a promise
Every stage is instrumented. Any deviation pulls the route from rotation within minutes, not at the next quarterly review.
Inbound INVITE
Your PBX sends the INVITE with the original A-number in P-Asserted-Identity and the From header.
Route class match
Our routing engine selects a direct Premium CLI trunk based on the B-number prefix and current quality scores.
Direct handoff
The call is handed to a Tier-1 partner bound by a contractual no-refile clause, with financial penalties attached.
Delivery audit
Automated test calls sample CLI delivery per destination every hour. Any deviation removes the route and alerts our NOC.
